During these unprecedented times that we all find ourselves in, more and more of our customers are already working remotely from their homes. We have taken the advice from the Government and ensured all our office workers are also home based and fully connected digitally to support all customers with as little disruption as possible.

Many of us are used to working in lively, fun-filled offices full of noise and regular office activities. Working remotely on our own can be challenging, however within Rossi UK, we are benefiting from investment in the latest digital tools to enable networking remotely through traditional broadband found at home. We can accept office calls on our mobile phones, just as if we were sitting at our office desks. We also have Microsoft 365, which has a “TEAMS”, which allows us to connect via video conference, allowing for face to face updates and interaction, so that we can share critical information rapidly and effectively

With us already having transitioned majority of our staff to home-based activities, we have a core of our warehouse and assembly personal within our Coventry facility, working tirelessly to support key industries during these difficult times. We would like to pledge our support through prioritising our current geared motor stock and assembly capability to business producing food to feed the nation, to the textile and PPE manufacturers producing critical equipment to support the protection of our doctors and nurses within the NHS, factories within the pharmaceutical industry producing medicines to restock pharmacies and the NHS, to recycling centers and waste treatment facilities that are maintaining services for the country.

We are here to support all key industries that are working tirelessly during this period of social distancing and isolation and are committed to ensuring we play our part in keeping the nation producing what is so desperately needed right now. 

We would ask all our customers that require deliveries of existing orders to contact us and advise us if you remain open to accept deliveries right now, as we have had some delivered turned away due to no one being on-site to accept the shipments.
